Clients Protection Cell
The Client Protection Cell started working in September 2015 with the aim to uphold the rights and dignity of the beneficiaries of ASA and safeguard them from any kind of humiliation, prejudice and mistreatment by its staff and officials. If any member of the organization feels that her or his rights are disregarded or not properly upheld by the ASA officials then the victim can lodge complaint with Client Protection Cell through written application/email/mobile phone against the wrongdoers. Complaint boxes have also been placed in the front location of all the branches of ASA for the purpose. During the period from September 2015 to June 2016, 34 complaints were lodged with the Cell and all of those were settled through elaborate investigation. Of those complaints, 18 were proved to be correct and the staff responsible were awarded with due punishment for their misdeeds.
